1. Go to 
Search Portfolios, on the left sidebar and select Portfolio Groups.
2. Click Add Group.
3. Under Add a New Portfolio Group fill in the Title.
4. Search through the existing portfolios.
5. Select the portfolios wich will be added to the Group.
6. Click Create Group.
